About The Position

The Service Associate, referred to in the description as a B-Helpful Professional, is an energetic and engaged resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports an easy and enjoyable shopping experience by managing an in-store service hub and assisting customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and booking appointments for in-store services. The position also involves greeting and engaging customers, using technology, and supporting merchandising and operational needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent candidates are encouraged to apply; no experience is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods; the role may involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping.
Color vision.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
