About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain the store’s presentation and a comfortable environment for colleagues. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention policies, and complete assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
