About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain an appealing store environment. Sales Associates represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position includes physical duties such as standing for extended periods, frequent bending, moving ladders, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
