About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales efforts and customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance, with an emphasis on customer service, sales, and teamwork. The associate supports shipments, restocking, pricing, visual standards, and store organization; maintains a neat sales environment; and follows company policies and training programs. Previous retail or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required. The position requires reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Extended hours may be required during critical project phases.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English for effective communication with management, customers, and coworkers.
• Basic knowledge of fashion and style trends and an interest in working with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support customer service, accurate inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and meet customer needs by recommending appropriate merchandise while maintaining company standards.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Provide customers with a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic impression.
• Comply with company policies and participate in service training and product programs.
• Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and maintain adequate size runs as directed.
• Assist in preventing employee and customer theft.
• Help maintain a neat, orderly, and organized sales environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
