About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Woodbridge. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and supporting operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves customers, drives personal sales through relationship selling and client development, follows store procedures and policies, builds community relationships, and supports health and safety practices and compliance with local regulations and HUGO BOSS standards.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, the merchant group, and others to address problems.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Ensure standard operating procedures are carried out and store policies are followed.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
