About The Position
My Sister’s Closet is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for its new store in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role is suited to someone interested in fashion and helping customers look their best, with an interest in current trends, clothing, and designer labels. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with pay based on retail experience, plus commission and potentially bonuses for eligible employees. The position involves helping customers in a retail environment and using a computerized point-of-sale system. Weekend shift availability is required. The job requires standing for long periods and bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting at least 30 pounds. The employer reserves the right to conduct pre-hire background checks.
Requirements
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Must enjoy working with people and be customer-service oriented.
- Prior experience using a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability to work weekend shifts is required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and bend, reach, push, pull, and lift at least 30 pounds.
