About The Position

Boot Factory Outlet at Opry Mills Mall is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to help create a welcoming shopping experience. The store carries more than 20,000 pairs of boots from leading national brands, along with apparel. Associates assist customers in finding suitable boots and apparel, contribute to sales goals, and help maintain an appealing store environment.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to bend, climb, reach, and stand or walk throughout the entire shift.
Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation accurately.
Ability to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
