The Sales Associate is a welcoming, customer-focused representative who contributes to a hospitable store environment. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, providing personalized service, using available tools to support an omnichannel experience, and helping the store meet its performance and brand standards. The position is regular and part-time at the Deerfield Towne Center store in Mason, Ohio, with an hourly pay range of $11.00–$13.75. Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
- Initiate authentic conversations to understand customers’ needs and provide personalized service.
- Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
- Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals.
- Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
