About The Position

A Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales efforts and customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and applying effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are the position’s most important aspects.

The associate helps customers find appropriate merchandise, supports shipments and restocking, follows visual standards, and helps maintain an organized and orderly sales environment. The role also requires compliance with company policies, participation in service training and product programs, and assistance with theft prevention. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and other employees.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and an interest in working with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving, analytical, detail-orientation, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills to support customer service, inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Use fashion and trend knowledge to identify suitable merchandise for customers, build customer relationships, and meet customer needs.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Provide each customer with a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression and maintain an enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
• Comply with company policies.
• Participate in service training and product programs.
• Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and ensure adequate size runs are represented according to visual directions.
• Assist in preventing employee and customer theft.
• Help maintain a neat, orderly, and organized sales environment as directed by store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
