About The Position
HUGO BOSS is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet at Miromar. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers and the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in a way that showcases the brand, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate uses effective communication, relationship selling, and exemplary service to drive personal sales, build a client base, and support the merchant group. The position also involves following standard operating procedures and policies, engaging with the community through personal involvement and promotional opportunities, and assisting store management with health and safety policies and operational procedures. The associate must follow applicable local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
