About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain an appealing store environment. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The job involves extended periods of standing, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
