Outlet - Part-Time Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role includes delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, helping customers find additional pairs and accessories when appropriate, and representing the Clarks brand. Associates also organize merchandise and back stock, assist with store maintenance and merchandising, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
