About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic customer connections and guiding customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and work with the team to create personalized customer experiences and a welcoming store environment.

You provide product knowledge and recommendations, deliver personalized service that encourages brand loyalty, and uphold visual and operational standards while keeping customers at the center of the experience. You also use technology and available tools to communicate company priorities and promotions and support omnichannel shopping. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

This is a regular, part-time position at Store 2932-Tanger Outlets at Rehoboth in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset to customer interactions.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
