About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. You use product knowledge, brand behaviors, technology, and available tools to support customer service, brand loyalty, and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with coworkers.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
