About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, well-organized sales floor and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. The position is regular, part-time, at the Penn Square Mall store in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
