About The Position

Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain a visually compelling store. They exemplify the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
