Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Part Time
About The Position
Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate to serve as an ambassador for the Burlington brand and provide service to customers. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Associates may be assigned to the Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot departments. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. The position offers a base pay of $17 per hour. Part-time associates may be eligible for certain benefits based on hours worked.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assist with ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by a manager from time to time.
