About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates to join its retail team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results and excellent customer service, maintaining and merchandising store products, representing the Clarks brand, and helping create a comfortable and visually compelling store environment. Associates also follow loss-prevention procedures and complete assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are placed properly.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell additional pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
