About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store and provides excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, handling cashier responsibilities, answering product-related questions, assembling products, housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the manager. Knowledge of farm products is required. This is a 20-hour-per-week position requiring nights and weekends.

Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.

Availability to work nights and weekends.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
Assist with cycle counts.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
Handle cash accurately.
Handle customer returns.
Perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.
