About The Position

America’s Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers select eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, keeps the store clean and organized and merchandise presented to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state law requires certain duties to be performed by people with specific licenses or credentials, and duties and work practices may vary accordingly. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be available to work weekends.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
