About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role involves helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, keeps the store clean and organized, maintains visual merchandising standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
