About The Position

Club Pilates Montgomery is hiring a Sales Associate for a true sales role in a small, close-knit boutique studio. The associate is the first impression of the studio and is responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, giving tours, and converting prospects into long-term members. The role is performance-measured, with coaching and rewards tied to results. The team offers consistent coaching, flexible scheduling, recognition, and opportunities to grow into senior sales or management.

Requirements

Strong communication and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Dependability and follow-through.
Comfort speaking with people one-on-one and in small groups.
Ability to handle a fast-paced shift with professionalism and energy.
Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Execute the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, studio tours, and closing, using a conversation-first approach.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ goals and explain how Club Pilates can help them.
Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products.
Meet monthly targets and track sales metrics.
Represent the studio at local events, farmers markets, health fairs, business partnerships, and neighborhood activations.
Support current members with service that encourages retention and referrals.
Use ClubReady to manage the sales pipeline, log activity, and follow up on leads.
Participate in regular coaching and feedback, and pursue growth opportunities.
