About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise offering dynamic Pilates workouts through its signature BODYBAR method. The Studio Manager leads membership growth, daily studio operations, and a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional member experience. The role represents the BODYBAR brand, builds community, and supports a welcoming, polished studio environment. The manager leads sales and retention efforts, develops local relationships and marketing opportunities, oversees retail and inventory, and engages with members to reinforce the BODYBAR experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in retail, service, or fitness sales, with a strong record of meeting targets.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.
Ability to generate leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
Excellent in-person and digital communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, reliable, and punctual.
Technology savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
Experience managing a team and social media.

Responsibilities

Lead the BODYBAR sales process, achieve monthly revenue goals, and support membership engagement and retention.
Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team, fostering connection, performance, and accountability.
Develop local community relationships through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and networking events.
Build relationships with members, support their goals, and encourage referrals.
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in accordance with BODYBAR standards.
Coordinate with vendors to keep retail products stocked, well-merchandised, and aligned with the BODYBAR aesthetic.
Manage administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies.
Engage with members before and after classes and build a strong studio community.
