About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps bring the brand’s culture of hospitality to life. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service. The associate also supports store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. This is a temporary, part-time position at the West Towne Mall store in Madison, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
