About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering customers. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps deliver the company’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service while contributing to store performance and a positive team environment.

This is a temporary, part-time position at the West Towne Mall Soma store in Madison, Wisconsin. Applicants must be at least 16 in the listed states or at least 18 in all other states. The role requires the ability to bend, reach, stretch, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
