Seasonal Sales Associate - Jersey Shore Premium Outlets
About The Position
Marc Jacobs International seeks Temporary Sales Associates for its Jersey Shore Premium Outlets store in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, for the 2026 holiday season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. To meet store needs, associates must be available to work at least two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. The Sales Associate supports store sales and client development, maintains store housekeeping and visual standards, and follows operational policies and procedures. The role requires prior retail experience, strong organizational and customer service skills, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $18–$19 per hour.
