About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while helping customers have an amazing shopping experience. The role focuses on connecting with customers, achieving sales goals, sharing product knowledge, and offering fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles. You also support store operations and work with the team to maintain a positive, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that demonstrates an understanding of each customer’s personal style.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
