About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing a love of fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the company’s selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice accordingly.
- Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
- Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
- Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
