About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a great in-store experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the associate brings energy, style, and a welcoming attitude to help customers return. The role also supports store presentation and daily operations while contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or the service industry.
• A strong interest in fashion.
• A customer-first attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Maintain the store’s appearance through visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow policies and procedures, especially those involving payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and back-store tasks.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
