About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help deliver a positive customer experience and create and maximize sales in a team-oriented retail environment. Team members are expected to be motivated, upbeat, professional, enthusiastic, and able to communicate well and adapt to diverse situations. The role offers an exciting retail work environment and opportunities to grow with the company.

The position is based at the Westland location in Hialeah, Florida. The pay range is $14.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
