About The Position

As a Sales Associate at the Intrepid Museum, you will help create enjoyable and memorable shopping experiences for guests. You will welcome and engage visitors, demonstrate products, share product knowledge, and make personalized recommendations. You will also support day-to-day store operations, including restocking shelves and helping ensure the store runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Available to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Enjoy meeting and conversing with guests of all ages.
• Bring enthusiasm and positive energy to customer interactions.
• Be welcoming, positive, and able to collaborate with team members and store staff.
• Able to stand and move around the store, and occasionally reach, bend, stoop, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds.

• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service.
