About The Position

Honey Birdette is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team at Beverly Center. The role is part of a high-performing, collaborative team that delivers a premium shopping experience and works to meet and exceed sales expectations. The ideal candidate is professional, polished, charismatic, energetic, positive, approachable, and outgoing.

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, meets sales goals, develops client relationships, and maintains strong product knowledge. The position also supports store operations, including restocking and maintaining clean, organized displays, and follows company policies and procedures. The role requires availability for a flexible schedule that may include closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The work environment may include exposure to lingerie, sexual wellness products, nudity, provocative clothing or imagery, explicit or risqué subject matter, and conversations involving sexuality or vulgar language. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a retail, client-facing, or customer service role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sales principles.
• Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to provide a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Energetic, proactive approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS software and inventory management tools.
• Sales-driven mentality and ability to achieve high sales expectations.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including closing shifts, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Unrestricted access to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.; stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift; and perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to use mobile devices and computers, read instructions and information on computer or register screens, and enter information into a computer daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to team performance.
• Achieve sales goals for lingerie, toys, and bondage products.
• Grow clienteling and Instagram follower outreach.
• Read Honey Communications and maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer client inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and management.
• Attend training sessions and complete “The Hive” tasks.
• Help maintain a visually appealing, organized, and operationally sound store, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy.
• Use product knowledge to upsell, style, and provide premium client experiences.
• Resolve client complaints diplomatically and urgently, escalating to a Boutique Manager when necessary.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.
