About The Position

The Service Associate, referred to in the description as a B-Helpful Professional, is an energetic and engaged resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience by managing an in-store service hub. Duties include assisting customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, processing easy returns, providing tourism information, and facilitating appointments for in-store services. The position also involves customer engagement, using technology, and supporting merchandising and store operations.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
May need to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and use color vision.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
