About The Position

A Sales Associate is responsible for daily execution of the company’s Mission Statement, including providing First Class Service to internal and external customers. The role may involve tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment and helps ensure a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained, friendly environment. The position is based in a store or group of stores at SMF. The listed pay range is $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Demonstrated selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Demonstrated ability to greet, sell, and thank customers.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check and Paradies Background Check.
Ability to meet applicable FAA and Department of Transportation requirements.
Ability to perform computer work, heavy lifting up to 40 lbs., prolonged standing, climbing, lifting, and bending.
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
