About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The Sales Associate also fosters a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position. The role includes customer service and sales, maintaining merchandise and selling areas, supporting store operations, and following asset protection, safety, and security procedures. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and continuously improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store operations with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk minimization in the designated area.
