About The Position

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate for its Fashion Mall at Keystone store in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is seasonal, temporary, and part-time. As a welcoming member of a customer-centered retail environment, the Sales Associate helps reflect the brand’s culture of hospitality by building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

The Sales Associate supports a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, informs customers about brand loyalty programs, and contributes to store performance by pursuing personal goals. The role also supports store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and organization, while maintaining an inspiring store environment consistent with brand standards and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
