About The Position

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers through their beauty needs, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The role involves building customer relationships, recommending products, sharing information about promotions and loyalty programs, completing transactions, and maintaining a professional store environment. Cosmoprof provides product education and training. A range of schedules and hours is available to suit different needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty program and enroll them.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.
• Apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
