About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and helping customers move from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience. Associates help customers select vehicles, discuss terms and payment options that fit their lifestyles and budgets, and close sales. They also provide support after purchase by following up on customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
