About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized store by keeping merchandise in the right place on the sales floor and ready for customers. You collaborate with your team to provide personalized experiences and support an inviting sales-floor environment.

Requirements
