About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is correctly placed on the sales floor. You collaborate with your team to provide personalized customer experiences and maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
