About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as an Ann Taylor brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep merchandise organized and correctly placed on the sales floor, collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting sales-floor environment. This is a regular part-time role at the Tanger Outlets at Gonzales store in Gonzales, Louisiana.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
