About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store in Clearfolk. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by providing an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate builds customer relationships and a client base, drives personal sales, follows store procedures and policies, and supports health and safety practices. The position also contributes to community engagement through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

A college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities
