About The Position

LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and supports customers in expressing their authentic style. The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. The role helps maintain an inviting sales floor by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed, collaborating with teammates to create personalized customer experiences, and upholding visual and operational standards. The associate also uses available technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
