About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by ensuring merchandise is organized and in the right place on the sales floor. In collaboration with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role involves listening to customers’ needs, sharing product knowledge and recommendations, and using brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center, use technology and available tools to support an omnichannel shopping experience, partner with store leaders to meet goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
