About The Position

Trek DOTS Sales Associates support Trek’s mission by providing excellent customer hospitality and helping more people ride bikes. They guide customers from their arrival at the store through their purchase, helping them accomplish their cycling goals, keep their bicycles performing as designed, and have a great experience on their rides. Associates develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience. Full-time Sales Associates are expected to achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year. They learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology; use Trek’s Guide Sales Process; and maintain their product and process knowledge through Trek University modules. When they are not assisting customers, Sales Associates help complete store tasks, maintain visual merchandising standards, count inventory, assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles, and prepare customer bicycles for service.
