About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet at Miromar. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate builds customer relationships and a client base, supports store merchandising and housekeeping, completes sales transactions accurately, and follows company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

- BS college degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Drive personal sales through relationship selling, client-base development, and exemplary service.
- Maintain knowledge of products, merchandise lines, promotions, and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain cash and media accountability at POS registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
