About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates to join its retail team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, supporting merchandising and store maintenance, and representing the Clarks brand. Associates are expected to follow loss-prevention policies, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
