About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care; maintaining accurate customer and patient records; communicating order status and answering incoming calls; keeping the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards; and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing and credential requirements. The stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Skill in multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
