About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role delivers an exceptional customer experience while contributing to store sales goals. The associate helps customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training where permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The position also involves maintaining customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering phone calls, maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and practices may vary to meet state licensing and credential requirements. The store is closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
