About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales goals. The associate helps customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training as permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The position also involves maintaining customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering phone calls, maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and practices may vary to meet applicable state licensing or credential requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
